RESERVATION POLICY

Reserving a room at Hotel Santuario S. Caterina -Alma Domus is a contract: you are obliged to respect your reservation as much as we are obliged to keep the room reserved for you. It's necessary to give a valid credit card details to make a reservation, including card number (16 digits), expiration date, CVV2 security code (last three digits printed on the back of the card) and the name of the holder as indicated on the card. The credit card details will not be used to make drafts or to pay the room, but just as guarantee. In case, the reservation was not respected (no show or cancellation made before the deadline) will be charged to your credit card the amount provided by the policy of cancellation

ARRIVAL TIME POLICY

It is extremely important for us to know your arrival time. It is mandatory to tell, in the most accurate way, your arrival time. The check in time lasts until 6.00 p.m. - after this time we will not keep the reservations, unless you advise us about your gap in arriving. So it is extremely important that you advise us if you're not able to arrive within the check in time. In the case you are not able to to arrive within the check in time, we will have no problems to wait for you until your arrival and keep the reservation, just advise us in the morning or as soon as you know it.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is not possible to cancel a reservation by phone, you can cancel reservation only by email or fax. If you cancel your reservation, for any kind of reason, you know that we have the right to be refounded, so you will subject to pay a penalty fee. No penalty fee for cancellations received at least 2 days before arrival. There are two classes of penalty fees: Cancellations received within two days prior to arrival :
-For reservation until three nights of stay the penalty fee will be equal to the price of one night.
-For reservation of four nights of stay ( or more ) the penalty fee will be equal to the price of two nights.
Any reduction in length of stay are considered cancellation.
No Show : the penalty fees will be equal to the total amount of the stay, but the penalty fee will never be superior to the amount of four nights stay.
